Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, takes pride in high standards and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive kitchen team.

At No.14, we want to do hospitality a little differently. That means serving great food, creating a brilliant experience for our guests and making sure our team can enjoy a better work-life balance too.

You’ll be someone who leads by example, stays calm when service gets busy and enjoys helping others develop. You’ll care about quality, consistency and the little details that make a difference.

Kitchen Porter

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at No.14, working weekday daytime hours.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the kitchen. You’ll help keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly, while supporting our chefs with simple food preparation and day-to-day kitchen tasks.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in doing a job well, works well as part of a team and is happy getting stuck in when things get busy. No two days are exactly the same, so a positive attitude and a can-do mentality is a must!

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, hardworking and organised

  • Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment

  • A good team player with a positive attitude

  • Proud of high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

  • Willing to learn and support the team wherever needed

  • Passionate about hospitality and being part of a great working environment

Pay: £10.85–£12.72 per hour
